Thorp successfully managed to sketch out the foundation of card counting for many avid blackjack buffs to enjoy using at casinos in the 20th century.
His 1962 book, Beat the Dealer laid out not just what became somewhat of the foundation of card counting, but also several theories on how to play strategically correct blackjack.
In many ways, Thorp was ahead of his time, at the very least he was one of the first who published his theories and presented them to a wider audience.
PROS AND CONS OF CARD COUNTING As far as we are concerned, all types of cheating, like past-posting or base-dealing, definitely should be considered illegal.
The same goes for all types of use of helping devices such as mirrors or computerized calculators on iPhones.
A classic example is Keith Taft and son, who became famous in the 1970s for constructing portable and mechanical card counting devices more info photo.
Counting the cards however, is just another way of thinking strategically during your game, and most importantly, it is not prohibited by law.
Therefore, we see no reason not to count cards per se, but we strongly advise inexperienced think, french ruler who loved blackjack consider not to try it at a casino because of the reprisals if you get caught by the casino security.
Or in other words, we just don't want you to get caught.
Ultimately, counting cards online is pretty much pointless because of the random number generators used at online casinos.
Nonetheless, inwhere several hands of blackjack can be played before you reach the cut-card and the dealer has to shuffle the deck, card counting can be really effective!
How to Count Cards From the moment the first card is being dealt from the newly shuffled deck the card counter starts to count the value of the cards.
A low-value card will add to your count by one point, and a high-value card subtracts one point from your running count.
All cards from 7 through 9 are considered as neutrals and will not be counted in the Hi-Lo system.
Here is how your counting would look just click for source a random blackjack round: Player 1 Player 2 Player 3 Player 4 Player 5 Dealer Cards: A, 5 6,2 7,8 Q,Q 3,8 9 Count: -1, +1 +1, +1 0, 0 -1, -1 +1, 0 0 Your total count after this specific round should be +1.
There have been more low-value cards dealt, and consequently there are more high-value cards left in the remaining deck.

The more information you have gathered, the more precise your count will be and consequently the higher the edge for the player.
The first blackjack card counting tips and tricks you try to count on your own, you can use just one deck of cards and count through all the cards.
If your count is right it should end up at 0.

After a while, you can try counting two cards at the time, dealing the cards just as a regular learn more here hand.
If you train yourself long enough, you will recognize different card combinations, and the count will come almost automatically to you.
And this is the brilliance of the simple Hi-Lo Count.
More complex count systems will be explained later on, but most card counting experts agree that the advantages of a quick and simple technique far surpasses a more accurate but complex counting system.
It will not take you too long to learn how to use this simple system and play blackjack at regular speed at the same time.
You will have the count in the back of your head, and even though you focus on the game, you will not draw any attention to the way you play.

Practice today with our Card Counting Trainer To practice your blackjack counting skills, we strongly recommend our Card Counting Coach; the single best just click for source to learn how to count cards in blackjack.
Nonetheless, we also recommend that you go through our guide below to discover the different techniques used!
Card Counting Techniques THE HIGH-LO SYSTEM One of the most profitable, and maybe the simplest way to count cards, is by using the Hi-Lo strategy.
The system is basically a running count technique where every card is assigned a specific value.
The system is used to distinguish when the ratio of high value- and low value cards in the blackjack decks is unbalanced.
High value cards like tens and aces will not only increase the chance of blackjacks being dealt, but also hands totalling to 20.
A deck containing a majority of high value cards is a very profitable situation for the player, as it increases the chance of the dealer going bust.
In other situations, where the majority of the remaining cards in the deck are low value cards, all cards 2-6, the dealer will have a substantial edge over the player.
The fact that the dealer must draw on hard hands 12 through 16 will, in a situation where a lot of low-value cards are remaining in the deck, reduce the chances blackjack card counting tips and tricks the dealer going bust when drawing another card.
If there are a lot of high-value cards tens and aces in the deck, the probability of the dealer going bust is significantly greater.
THE TRUE COUNT A second factor to consider when you are trying to determine the balance of the blackjack deck is the number of remaining cards in the deck.
As we stated blackjack card counting tips and tricks, the closer you get to the bottom of the deck, the more accurate your count will be.
By dividing your running count with the approximate numbers of remaining decks you will get a more correct count - or the "true count".
Converting your running count into a true count will make your count a lot more accurate.
Now, this can be a bit tricky, but if you practice using several decks you will soon be able to visually estimate how many decks are left in the shoe.
If your count still shows a positive result after you have implemented the true count system to your running count, you'll have a good chance of making a good profit by increasing your bet size.
MORE COMPLEX CARD COUNTING SYSTEMS As long as card counting has been around, there have always been people trying to improve and refine different card counting techniques.
However, we have learned from experience that the simpler your system is, the easier it will be to practice.
Even if you think that you fully master a complex, and very accurate counting system, it will not make you any more money in the long run.
The disadvantages of more complex systems like side-counts and multi-level systems are that when you are trying to keep track of a lot more information it will detract from your ability to play fast and count accurately.
You will earn more money by playing a straightforward count faster than by playing a more complex one slowly.
The less effort you put in to counting, the more you can spend on steering clear of the casino security radar.
Back-Counting or Wonging One of the most famous card counting techniques is called "Wonging", named after the pseudonym Stanford Wong, used by John Ferguson, when writing his series of blackjack books.
The name "Wonging" referrers to his technique of observing Blackjack tables, counting the deck pretty much as described above, but moving in to the game only when the card count was in favor of the player.
Using this technique will reduce your "operating cost" i.
This technique however, is well known today and a floor manager will have no trouble detecting such behavior around the tables.
Furthermore, many casinos no longer allow "mid-shoe entry" in Blackjack games.
The obvious advantage of back-counting systems like for example wonging, is that the player does not have to play every hand that he or she counts.
This will reduce fluctuations in your bankroll and therefore increase the player's edge even more.
Why Simple Count Systems Are More Profitable For reasons already mentioned, multifaceted counting systems are obviously a lot more detectable for casino employees than simple, straightforward systems.
A group of counters playing together as a team are easily noticeable for "eye-in-the-sky" personnel.
Signs and codes are, even if you think that they will go by unnoticed, most of the time picked up by the surveillance cameras - if not at once, then surely afterwards when security people review the tapes.
In contrast, cameras will never be able to pick up what goes on inside the mind of a player, and that is probably the best reason for why the high-tech casinos of today still have trouble spotting the most successful card counters.
The minute you take your system outside your head and include outside assistance that can leave tracks for the casino to pick up is when you risk detection.
Most casinos try to spot card counters by observing irregularity in betting patterns, both manually and with the help of technology.
If you are using a simple counting system, you can concentrate on covering up your tracks, by blackjack basic strategy quiz example communicating with people around the table, and adjusting your betting pattern so that it won't be of any reason for suspicion.
How to Avoid "Attracting Heat" while Card Counting We blackjack card counting tips and tricks believe that keeping your technique as simple as possible, and really learn how to master it, is the best way of not getting detected at the casinos.
It is highly possible that the best card counters are not the math-genius, Rainman-type of players, but the blackjack card counting tips and tricks that know how to count and really know how to blend in the casino environment.
Practicing by using our Card Counting Coach will definitely make you a better card counter, but the job on how to blend in at a live casino is something you have to learn to excel on your own.
One thing is for sure though, the better your count is, and the more natural it comes to you in your head, the easier it will be for you to work on your stealth skills at the casino.
And hopefully one day we will be hearing about your legendary winnings at the blackjack tables - or better yet, we'll never hear of them!
Counter-Measures From the Casinos Card counting systems have been around for ages and some of the first books on the subject were published in the early sixties - and so have the people working for the casinos trying to stop these activities.
Listed dollar blackjack in vegas are some of the most common, and also failed attempt by the casinos to put a stop to card counting: The Cutting Card Some of the first actions taken by the casinos were to put the cutting card into practice, so that you never played the whole deck through.
Multiple Decks They also started to use more card decks in the games, even though the number of decks doesn't really matter when you are using, for example, the Hi-Lo count explained above.
Inhouse Card Counting Today there are several automated systems that the casinos use to detect, what they consider, dishonest play.
Some casinos scan all cards dealt from the blackjack shoes, i.
When they know that the deck is unbalanced in the favor of the players, they run this this web page together with betting irregularity information collected from the table.
If a player systematically raises his or her stakes at here where the computer finds the deck to be hot, the player might be suspected of card counting, and probably asked to leave the casino or try reddit basic strategy blackjack luck at other, non-skill based games within the casino premises.
Microchips Inside Gambling Chips Furthermore, one common way of detecting betting irregularity at the tables is the use of micro-chips planted in the gambling chips at the casino.
This makes it really easy for the casino to collect and track information on betting amounts at the tables.
This might sound a bit "Orwell-esque" to some, but bear in mind that we are dealing with establishments who have been using surveillance cameras for decades, and their main goal is to make money, not giving it away to people who are really good at outsmarting them.
Facial Recognition One of the latest casino surveillance technologies is facial recognition programs.
Facial recognition cameras can identify known cheaters assembled in a database.
The cameras scan all casino visitors when entering https://ipodxs.com/blackjack/should-you-ever-surrender-in-blackjack.html blackjack card counting tips and tricks />Because of these new cameras, a well-known card counter might be asked to leave the casino before he or she even made it to the blackjack tables.
Card Counting Team Play Strategy One single player click at this page obviously only play a certain number of hands at the time.
Therefore, to play in a team might seem to be a smart way to increase your hourly earnings.
Team-play has successfully been practiced by groups like the M.
The most well-known type of team-counting strategies are ones where members of the team play one table each, and by signaling the rest of the team, telling them when to move in with the big money at the table.
An advantage with team play is that you can decide to only move in with a large stack when you know that a table is really favorable for the player.
The downsides are that group play is quite a large operation, and besides the immediate risk of getting caught, there are many people involved, who all want a piece of the profit.
Plus, a floor manager will surely keep an extra eye on a high roller jumping between tables, so yet again the risk of getting caught is quite evident.
Nevertheless, if you feel like giving a team play a go, or just want to know how it could work, here's a classic structure of how a team play lineup might look like: The Back-Spotter This is a member of the team who necessarily doesn't have to be seated at any of the tables.
By watching the tables from link distance, the Back-Spotter can signal the rest of the team when the Gorilla should move in at the table.
The Spotter This team member is an active player at the table, but his or her main job is to keep an accurate count of the deck at this particular table.
The casinos are steadily checking for betting irregularities at the tables, therefore the spotter keeps wagering the minimum bet and instead signaling the Gorilla or a team manager when the deck is hot.
The Gorilla Gorillas are not famous for their math skills, and therefore the gorilla doesn't have to keep a count.
Instead, this boat 29 pro rtr blackjack member moves around from table to table, playing for the maximum wagers only when the table is really hot.
A classic gorilla character is the one of a drunken millionaire, moving from table to table, throwing his big money around in what might seem like a reckless manner.
The Big Player The Big Player role in the team is to keep the rest of the team from getting detected.
A high-roller with a competent blackjack play will certainly attract attention from the casino personnel.
Remember, it is not illegal to play perfect strategy at the blackjack tables, and a skillful player with the same bankroll as the gorilla will surely catch the eyes of the casino before the rest of the team does.

About a decade ago, I was enthralled with the tale of an MIT Blackjack team that beat the Casino using nothing more than sheer mind power and math.
I had even seen it in my own home with a mathmatically gifted father that liked to sneak off to the casino once a year and usually brought home a nice little prize reaped from sitting at the Blackjack table.
I was lucky enough at the time to have youthful zeal, a good source of discretionary income and a lot of extra time on my hands.
I embarked on a journey to learn to card count and beat the casino at Blackjack.
I'm not going to go into all the nitty gritty, Blackjack card counting 101 details.
Those have been covered and written about countless times by far greater minds than myself and so I would be doing you a disservice by trying to go over all the basics myself.
For this article I'm going to assume you know Blackjack basic strategy and have at least an understanding of how a high-low card counting system works.
If these are foreign concepts to you I suggest you get started with some of these links: I'm not recommending any of their paid services just poiting them out for their free information What I'm going to share are some of the practical tricks I've learned that help you execute consistent basic strategy and high-low card counting in a busy casino atmosphere.
I am not a professional gambler and I did not get rich playing Blackjack.
Why aren't I doing blackjack card counting tips and tricks full time?
Well maybe I just don't have the stones to make the big enough bets it would take to get rich card counting, I found the entire experience became quite grueling and without a team to work with not all that rewarding.
What it came down to was too many nights driving an hour and a bit to get to a casino, grinding away on the table for hours and never once have the deck go hot.
Have that happen every night for a couple weeks and you're not having that much fun.
Even if I just stood behind someone else watching and not risking my own money the task can become quite boring.
You start to recognize the same people hanging out there day in and day out.
It became like a low paying job.
Now I mainly use these tricks to impress colleagues at conferences in Vegas.
So here is what I've learned: Never be afraid of looking like you don't know what you are doing This tip works two ways.
If you really are new to the game and are trying to still memorize all the standard basic stragety plays tell anyone and everyone you are a newbie.
All the veterans and even the dealer will be more than happy to slow the game down for you blackjack card counting tips and tricks tell you what is considered to be the proper move to make.
The moves you make at a Blackjack table directly effect the outcome for the other players and you are all playing together to beat the dealer.
Almost all Blackjack players would prefer you ask them what to do rather than impulsively make the wrong move.
On the flip side if you are a proficient card counter you might feign a lack of knowledge in order to slow the game down and make it easier for you to count and also bring less suspicion to yourself in regards to being a card counter.
Since electronic devices are universally banned at Blackjack tables I suggest always brining a printout to you at the table.
Often casinos will even sell laminated versions of these cards in their gift shops.
You are allowed to bring a basic stragegy chart to the table and use it openly everywhere I have gambled.
You can play with them and work on looking cool shuffling chips but make sure to just toss one to a new little pile every time an ace blackjack model 1 7 dealt.
This allows you to gain a little more insight than just what the high-low card disparity of the deck is at any given time.
You can now also track the availability of the highly coveted aces in the shoe without having to further tax your concentration and memorization abilities.
I have even done this openly with the rest of the table helping remind me to increment my ace count.
When you are acting like a rookie and are sitting on a low-limit table no one seems to have an issue.
I cannot say how welcome this trick would be at a high limit table.
Always pair high and low cards first This crucial trick has been the game changer for me when it comes to being able to count cards and also not look like you are counting cards.
Intently watching every single card that comes out of the shoe and immediately applying it's value to the running count is just too taxing to pull off and can completely fall off the rails if you have to turn around and tip a waitress.
Always pair remarkable, caesars blackjack tournament nothing certain number of high cards with the equal number of low cards on the table as a whole while it is being dealt.
Allow the cards to nullify each other and only increment your running count according to the disparity of high to low.
Counting the table as whole is truely liberating compared focusing on each card the second it comes out.
It will free you up to be more social and quite frankly enjoy yourself a little more.
Once you've practiced this skill enough it will become second nature.
I literally cannot stand near a game of Blackjack or almost any card game for that matter and not automatically pair up high https://ipodxs.com/blackjack/dana-white-blackjack-tips.html low cards to quickly calculate a table worth of cards impact on a running count.
Have a betting strategy and bring a bankroll I'm not going to tell you which betting strategy is the best and is full-proof.
Do some research on betting strategies and pick which one works best according to your appetite for risk.
Whether it's aggressive or conservative strategy, just make sure you have one.
Keep a bankroll, by this I mean bring enough money to the table to give yourself a chance.
It's going to piss people off if you are constantly having to leave and bring back more money or even just pulling it out of your pocket every other hand.
Bring enough to last at least 20 hands.
You can't count cards properly if you are alays fishing in your pocket for more cash.
I personally use a regressive betting strategy.
I play to reduce my losses at all times while still taking advantage of streaks and oppourtune moments in the game where the odds are in my favour.
I will typically always start with one betting unit above the table minimum.
Anytime I lose a hand I always reset to this amount.
If I were to win a hand for the first time I will reduce my next bet to the table minimum.
If I continue on a winning streak I will increment my bet by one betting unit, each time I win and pull click here the rest.
This strategy helps protect me in the event of a series of win-lose-win-lose hands come up while still being able to take advantages of winning streaks.
Either way we can do this all day long and come out on top.
You've protected yourself grinding out wins and losses all night and finally which got you here.
Now you can conservatively keep increasing the your bet by one betting unit until you hit the streak ending loss.
While you didn't get quite as much as some other more aggressive strategies for riding a streak you'll manage blackjack card counting tips and tricks stick around a lot source />Don't put more money on the table when the dealer has a 10 This is where I click to see more often play a bit more conservatively than basic strategy would tell when to double bet in />The book will tell you to double down in a couple situations where the dealer is showing a 9 or 10 and you have a 10 or 11.
More often than not depending on the count I will opt out of putting more money on the table when the dealer is showing a power card.
Some would see this as a wasted oppoutunity but I'd rather wait for a blazing hot deck to show up than double down against 9 and 10s.
Only take this advice if you are seeking ways to play extremely conservative.
Put more money on the table when the dealer is weak and you can't lose This will be dependant on what your running count is.
There can be some great oppourtunities to double down against a weak dealer card like a 5 or 6 when it's impossible for you to go bust.
If the deck is hot and the dealer has a 6 the odds are they'll flip over that card and reveal a 10 followed by another 10 to go bust.
You can bet on this oppourtunity by doubling down on extremely low hands that you wouldn't normally double down on.
Remember you are betting alongside the odds that the dealer will go bust you are not betting that you will be blackjack card counting tips and tricks to 21.
Sometimes it's okay to be an asshole When you are starting out card counting, you need a lot of concentration until things become second nature.
As if the flashing lights and beeping slot machines weren't enough to distract you, you've now got a chatty drunk Texan asking you about your life story and damnit you just lost the count!
This is a casino, it's not all fun and games, people have their hard earned money on the line and some people don't like to be distracted.
It is okay to tell someone you aren't interested in chatting with them while trying to concentrate on a game.
That's not to say they might think you are a bit of prick or more likely in a bad mood after losing everything but generally people will respect your request to not be bothered with small chat.
Splitting 10s is a great way to make room There are some very interesting opportunities when you are card counting.
It may be possible for the deck to be so damn hot and the dealer's card so damn weak that splitting a pair of 10s could make sense.
It will also have the added effect of clearing out some room on the table your on and lower the competition.
Be prepared for groaning and complaining from some of the old veteran blackjack facebook as they grab their chips and run were schecter blackjack sls c 8 necessary from you.
I always have a secret laugh inside when I pull this stunt because I know they just walked away from a hot deck.
Let the pitboss take care of it Alright this last tip isn't really about making money in the game of Blackjack it's more about saving yourself some time.
I always have my play tracked yet can't ever be bothered to carry their cards in my wallet regularily.
A nifty timesaving trick I've learned for getting registered with the casino or just getting a new card at a casino you've been at before don't bother standing in line at their customer service desk.
Just give the pitboss your photo ID when joining the table and ask them to have a new card printed for you.
This will have the bonus effect of having the pitboss remember your face a little bit more.
After you've gambled at least an hour at the table and are ready to go always ask them for something free.
Parking and a meal can almost always be squeezed out of a pitboss.
I considered these to be my consolation prizes on the many nights where I drove and hour and played for another 4 only to with blackjack in reno interesting even.

I'm not going to go into all the nitty gritty, Blackjack card link 101 details.
Why aren't I doing this full time?
Well maybe I just don't have the stones to make the big enough bets it would take to get rich card counting, I found the entire experience became quite grueling and without a team to work with not all that rewarding.
What it came down to was too many nights driving an hour and a bit to get to a casino, grinding away on the table for hours and never once have the deck go hot.
Have that happen every night for a couple weeks and you're not having that much fun.
Even if I just stood behind someone else watching and not risking my own money the task can become quite boring.
You blackjack card counting tips and tricks to recognize the same people hanging out there day in and day out.

CARD COUNTING HOW-TO: CONTENTS By Arnold Snyder By Arnold Snyder By G.
One of the things I like best about Kyle's tips is that they not only make you a good card counter, but they will also help to prepare you for advanced techniques for beating blackjack, like hole-carding.
Trouble is, I have never seen an explanation on how to do so.
It will not only slow down your counting, but will limit your ability to use more advanced methods of advantage play and cover.
Technique for Visualizing the Count One of the most common card counting errors is maintaining the count by repeating it in the head.
Assuming the player is using the hi-lo, when he or she sees a five, immediately +1 should go into the head.
When visualizing the number, don't picture it on the table or anything external; then you would be focusing your eyes on only one spot.
Instead, visualize it in your head.
As new cards come across the table, the visualized number should be changing in your mind.
When you are waiting between rounds, instead of repeating the no blackjack strategy, the number should be held in place as if you had eyes in the back of your head.
You should generally take in multiple cards at once and after counting the group, the number should change.
This method is faster and easier since many cards cancel out.
The exception is when there is a potential bust card, since if the player busts the dealer will place the cards from the busted hand immediately into the discard tray.
Card Counting Tecnique click to see more Talking One of the best things about counting visually is that it will greatly facilitate the skill of counting and talking simultaneously.
If you are saying the count in your head and someone tries to start up a conversation, you will have problems maintaining both the inner voice and outer voice.
It is best to use just one voice and use another form of memory, visualization.
I can recall only one personal resource on how to count and talk the same time but was disappointed by the explanation.
One noted blackjack author and web host had a short article that explained how someone could maintain the count using physical means, such as counting with your hands, fingers or chips so the counter could keep the count while talking.
I have two problems with this method of counting cards.
First, it presupposes that you would be counting using auditory methods.
Instead of focusing on how to count with good technique, the author was showing how to minimize the effects of counting with poor technique.
Second, it can look deck shuffle />Card Counting Practice Technique Once you begin to get the basic visualization technique down, it will take time to increase your speed.
When counting cards, focus only on relevant information.
If you use the Hi-Lo, and you see a few spots on the card, then poof, it is +1.
Just be careful not to count the ace as +1.
If you see a moderate amount of paint 7, 8, 9the count would be 0.
Your eyes should be like a camera, taking shots and quickly processing the information.
One reason multi-level systems are more difficult is that it takes longer to discern the properly assigned number to a card.
When using a higher level system such as Brh-1, which assigns a +3 value to the five, your camera must zoom in, and it forces you to look more specifically at the number of spots on the card or the number in the index.
A one level system, on the other hand, requires you only to look and see if there is a low to medium density of pips on the card.
In order to facilitate recognition of cards, I recommend that you practice without the index and focus on the pips.
If you use a regular deck of cards, white out the indexes of the whole deck, or at a minimum, do it to all non-face cards.
Another way to efface the indexes is with a hole-punch, or simply tear them.
If you have a computer you can use Smart Cards or and practice with them.
Learning to blackjack card counting tips and tricks this way is especially helpful when back-counting.
Sit at home and say a one-syllable word and hold it out loud.
Try to keep the sound of it as consistent as possible.
Sorry Arnold, even though you're a bishop, I don't recommend blackjack players worship you while practicing due to your name!
If you are having trouble doing this task then I recommend you soften your voice.
Eventually, variation in speech should increase and you should be able to talk continuously.
Try listening to the radio or listen to the television while counting and try to comprehend what is being said.
Once you reach this level of proficiency, you will feel confident if someone in the casino wants to strike up a conversation.
Once again, if you rely on auditory counting you may find yourself struggling to distinguish between what two voices are telling you.
If you can learn to handle difficult situations then when it comes to game time, it should be easier.
I highly advise the use of a computer program to facilitate practice.
With a computer, your practice sessions will be more efficient since all it takes is a click of see more button to blackjack and knockout the cards up.
Two https://ipodxs.com/blackjack/sunday-marathon-pokerstars.html best practice programs currently out on the market are by 8 sls schecter blackjack c Wattenburger and Smart Cards by Richard Reid.
Casino Verite has long been accepted as THE program to imitate real world casino play.
Its superb graphics, attention to detail and number of options can make you feel like you are playing at any number of https://ipodxs.com/blackjack/is-blackjack-21-poker-easier.html around the world.
The process of learning to count cards must be broken down into different drills.
Although Casino Verite does have some drills, they are limited in scope.
The software was designed, first and foremost, to imitate casino play and not for counting training or practice.
To read more your counting skills, I recommend Smart Cards by Extreme Blackjack.
It seeks to improve the most fundamental skill in all of blackjack: counting.
It has a number of ways to let the user practice and drill along with multiple ways of distributing the cards.
The variety of count settings is important since it will train you to recognize cards quickly without setting you within a rigid method of counting.
A rigid method of counting is when you start blackjack card counting tips and tricks the same direction and count in the same order each time.
The drills in Smart Cards will train your eyes to move in different directions.
Once you start to master counting, I would then consider the purchase of Casino Verite.
I think of it as card counting maintenance software.
It gives you a chance to use your index numbers, betting spread, and card counting skills all at one time and, by occasionally practicing on it, you can maintain your counting skills once you have gotten your system down.
Now if Extreme Blackjack would only put a playing module in Smart Cards… Newcomers often wonder how fast they should be able to count before they are ready for the casino.
There is no easy answer to this.
In fact, I used to spend too much time counting down decks and not enough time playing hands.
I could count down a deck by hand in 15 seconds, yet had problems when I tried to play hands against the computer.
My advice would be to first count down decks until you can do so without the voice in your head and do it in 20 seconds by hand or 15 seconds by computer program.
Once you can do this, try doing the same while talking.
Go play some hands and stick with that, occasionally going back to count down decks.
Consider doing this even more if you are gonna do some back-counting.
If you do decide that you want to get your speed as fast as possible, remember that no matter how much you work at it, there is a limit to what you can do.
I would certainly think that a magician could do it since such a feat would make a decent magic trick!
In fact, the current world record for memorizing the order of cards in an entire deck is thirty-four seconds, a record set by Andi Bell in 2000.
Overall, your counting will be very slow at first since you are re-training your brain.
But eventually, your counting speed will exceed what you were able to do before.
You may find yourself counting cards inadvertently if you are just watching a game of blackjack for the fun of it.

For example, if your attention was focused for a second on something that was going on West of the table for example, a boss points out something special blackjack card counting tips and tricks the casinoarticle source would be easiest and look most natural to count the cards at 3rd base first.
